Andria Solomon, formerly a residential specialist at The Crown Estate, has joined Hyde Park Properties to oversee operational growth. Her appointment comes as the London housing platform, backed by Europi Property Group, shifts its focus toward managing an expanding portfolio of refurbished prime central London freehold homes.
Since its launch in May 2024, the company has acquired more than 40 single-family houses in neighborhoods bordering Hyde Park. These properties are renovated in collaboration with design firm Stackelberg & Co, which blends Scandinavian minimalism with traditional English aesthetics. Jonathan Willén, CEO of Europi Property Group, noted that Solomon’s expertise is essential for maintaining service standards as the portfolio reaches maturity. The firm continues to target unmodernised freehold assets, aiming to provide premium rental experiences while preserving the historical character of the buildings.
