Recon Technology Clears Nasdaq Listing Hurdle

After months of trading below the required threshold, Beijing-based oilfield services provider Recon Technology has officially regained compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price rule. The company confirmed on September 18 that it successfully satisfied the exchange’s listing standards following a sustained recovery in its share price.

The path to reinstatement began on May 4, 2026, when Nasdaq notified the firm that its Class A ordinary shares had fallen below the $1.00 minimum bid price for 30 consecutive business days. To resolve the deficiency, the company needed to maintain a closing bid of at least $1.00 for ten consecutive trading sessions.

That milestone was achieved between September 1 and September 15, 2026. With the requirement met, the Listing Qualifications Department of Nasdaq issued a letter confirming the matter is now closed and the company remains in full compliance with all applicable exchange regulations.
