Many organizations in the sports, government, and live entertainment sectors currently rely on fragmented tracking methods like spreadsheets and isolated learning systems. While these tools confirm that training content was distributed, they often fail to provide real-time verification that a specific individual has completed the necessary requirements before arriving on-site. Accredit Induct addresses this by embedding compliance into the broader access management process.
Accredit Solutions Ties Workforce Readiness to Site Access
Durham-based Accredit Solutions has introduced Accredit Induct, a platform designed to bridge the gap between compliance training and physical security. By integrating induction status directly into identity and credentialing workflows, the system enforces a strict policy: individuals cannot gain site access until all mandatory training requirements are met.

Developed as part of the Accredit OS operating model, the software links an individual’s identity record to their training progress. This allows security managers to block credential issuance automatically if induction is incomplete. CEO Peder Berg notes that induction should no longer function as a separate administrative task. Instead, the platform treats readiness as a prerequisite for entry, enabling teams to manage role-based requirements, track supplier compliance in real time, and maintain auditable records through a single, unified interface.
