Hotel & Shop Plus 2027 to Convene Global Industry Leaders in Shanghai

Organized by Sinoexpo Informa Markets, the fair covers the entire lifecycle of commercial projects, ranging from initial design and construction to long-term facility management. Participants will showcase innovations across diverse sectors, including smart building systems, service robotics, and low-carbon technologies essential for modern ESG compliance. The 2027 edition introduces 15 specialized zones designed to address emerging market demands.
