Investors Face October Deadline in Innventure Securities Class Action

Investors who purchased Innventure, Inc. securities between November 17, 2025, and August 13, 2026, face an October 27, 2026, deadline to seek the role of lead plaintiff. The ongoing litigation centers on allegations that the company issued misleading statements regarding a purported deal with DarkNX.

Investors Face October Deadline in Innventure Securities Class Action

The lawsuit, filed by the Rosen Law Firm, alleges that Innventure misled shareholders about the status of a transformative agreement between its subsidiary, Accelsius Holdings LLC, and DarkNX. According to the complaint, there was no evidence that DarkNX possessed the capacity to construct or facilitate the large-scale AI data centers promised in the deal. Consequently, plaintiffs claim that Innventure’s financial projections and revenue targets for 2026 lacked a reasonable basis and were materially overstated.

Investors who incurred losses during the specified class period may be eligible for compensation. While the court has yet to certify a class, those interested in participating or serving as lead plaintiff must contact legal counsel before the October 27 cutoff. Participation does not require out-of-pocket costs, as the firm operates on a contingency fee basis. Investors retain the right to select their own counsel or remain absent members while the case proceeds.
