The trial evaluates the efficacy of two experimental therapies, Zenkuda and KSI-501, aimed at addressing wet age-related macular degeneration, a leading cause of vision loss.
Zenkuda, known chemically as tarcocimab tedromer, and the bispecific candidate KSI-501 represent the core of the company’s current clinical focus.
