The daily volume remained consistent throughout the week, with 100,000 shares acquired each day. Pricing fluctuated slightly, peaking at 100.30 SEK on September 21 and hitting a low of 94.61 SEK on September 24. These transactions form part of a broader 15 billion SEK buyback program initiated in April 2026.

Following these latest acquisitions, Ericsson now holds 108,518,663 Class B shares in its treasury. The board plans to propose the cancellation of these repurchased shares at the 2027 Annual General Meeting, excluding those specifically earmarked for employee incentive programs. The entire operation adheres to the European Union’s Market Abuse Regulation, ensuring compliance with market transparency standards.
