Perpetua Resources Advances Stibnite Gold Project Construction

Work on the Burntlog Route, the primary year-round access road for the site, accelerated through the summer as crews cleared dead timber and shaped the road surface. Simultaneously, the company completed civil works for a new worker housing facility in late August, moving into the foundation installation phase for dormitory and utility modules. Infrastructure efforts also include active procurement of grid power components, such as transformers and substations, in collaboration with Idaho Power Co.

Exploration activity has outpaced initial projections, with drilling now exceeding the 10,000-meter threshold. Operations at the Clark Tunnel Fault Zone have revealed both robust gold grades and tungsten mineralization, confirmed by the presence of fluorescent scheelite. Additional testing continues at the Fiddle and Scout targets to evaluate gold and antimony deposits. CEO Jon Cherry noted that these efforts are intended to strengthen domestic critical mineral supply chains while continuing site restoration work.
