Honeywell Aerospace Investors Face November Deadline in Class Action

Investors who purchased Honeywell Aerospace Inc. common stock between June 29 and September 1, 2026, have until November 23 to seek appointment as lead plaintiff in a class action lawsuit. The litigation, filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, accuses the company of securities fraud.

Honeywell Aerospace Investors Face November Deadline in Class Action

The lawsuit, Green v. Honeywell Aerospace Inc., alleges that company executives issued misleading statements regarding supply chain vulnerabilities and compliance issues. Specifically, the complaint claims the firm failed to disclose that a small number of suppliers exerted a disproportionate impact on sales, creating material risks to profitability that were not communicated to shareholders.

Financial strain became public on August 5, 2026, when Honeywell reported a 70% year-over-year decline in net income. Following the announcement of slashed full-year guidance and a subsequent 23% drop in stock price, additional scrutiny emerged regarding government contracts. On September 1, the U.S. Department of Justice announced a $2 million settlement with Honeywell to resolve allegations of non-compliance with cybersecurity requirements under the False Claims Act.

Robbins Geller Rudman & Dowd LLP is representing the plaintiffs, noting that investors with significant losses may petition the court to act as lead plaintiff. This role involves directing the litigation on behalf of the class, though participation in potential recoveries is not contingent upon serving as the lead representative.
