The platform addresses a systemic fragmentation in women's healthcare, where patients often navigate disjointed treatments for individual conditions like PMOS, which affects roughly 170 million women globally. By centering care on hormonal and metabolic foundations, the service connects factors like heart health, sleep, and bone density under a single clinical record. Patients are paired with board-certified OB-GYNs and obesity medicine specialists who utilize an AI-driven intelligence system named Rosalyn to synthesize lab results and medical history for review.
Sphere Health Debuts Virtual Care Platform for Hormonal Transitions
With the medical community officially renaming PCOS to polyendocrine metabolic ovarian syndrome, a new clinical focus has emerged on the interconnected nature of female health. Miami-based Sphere Health is now launching a virtual platform designed to track these hormonal shifts from early diagnosis through the transition into menopause.

Sphere Health offers three tiers of service, ranging from a one-time $99 diagnostic panel to a $349 monthly subscription that includes home blood draws and dedicated care navigation. Founder Mida Pezeshkian emphasizes that the model is built on the reality that hormonal health is a continuous journey rather than a series of isolated diagnoses. While the platform currently excludes Hawaii and Rhode Island, it is rolling out early access to its waitlist today to provide a more cohesive, longitudinal approach to long-term health management.
