Dr. Toth and his wife, Elena, established the Millennium Health Foundation and the Miklos and Elena Toth Health Center located 400 kilometers northeast of Kampala. This facility serves as a vital hub for obstetrics, gynecology, and infectious disease screening, utilizing advanced 3-D Doppler technology. Beyond clinical care, the foundation launched Elena’s Boutique in 2012, an initiative designed to foster local economic independence for women in the region.

His medical contributions extend to academia and research, where he has authored 16 peer-reviewed articles and six book chapters focusing on pregnancy complications and ovarian cancer screening. A graduate of medical programs in Hungary and Cornell University, Dr. Toth has served as an attending physician at Lenox Hospital and taught as an Assistant Professor at Hofstra University. His dedication to the field remains current; he recently completed a Harvard Medical School program on Artificial Intelligence in Healthcare, graduating in the top 10 percent of his class. Dr. Toth intends to integrate these AI-driven insights into his ongoing investigation of silent pelvic infections to improve diagnostic accuracy for future patients.
