Baris Oran, a veteran executive with over 25 years of experience in global finance, will join Nashville-based Asurion as Chief Financial Officer on October 15, 2026. Oran joins the company's Executive Committee, reporting directly to CEO Guru Gowrappan as the firm shifts its focus toward long-term growth strategies.

He succeeds Andrea Magyera, who is stepping down after 17 years with the organization. Magyera will remain as a Senior Advisor to facilitate the leadership transition.
