The platform currently oversees more than 5,000 homes, hosting roughly 50,000 guests monthly across the United States. Pavilion Debuts as Founder-Owned Vacation Rental Collective
A new national vacation rental player, Pavilion, officially launched today, consolidating 20 locally managed companies under a shared ownership structure. By retaining local leadership as long-term shareholders, the firm aims to balance the agility of regional expertise with the technological and financial scale of a national enterprise.
Behind the local brands, the company centralizes essential infrastructure, including revenue management, insurance, and data analytics. CEO Lino Maldonado emphasized that the goal is to enhance the value of property owners' businesses by providing them with enterprise-grade resources while preserving the localized hospitality that defined their initial success. Investors including TZP Group, HPS Investment Partners, and Capital Dynamics have backed the platform, with PGIM serving as the primary lender. The group, which includes firms like Maui Paradise Properties and Wild Oak Telluride, is already scouting for additional partners to join its collaborative model.
