The platform functions as a centralized hub where brands can identify retail risks, coordinate field teams, and track performance across store networks. According to Thom Green Gennaro, General Manager and Co-Founder of Survey, the primary challenge for modern retail teams is not a lack of data, but the inability to translate that information into actionable results like correcting out-of-stocks or execution gaps.
Survey Launches Retail Performance Suite to Bridge Data and Store Action
Retail intelligence firm Survey unveiled its Retail Performance Suite at the NACS Show, a platform designed to bridge the gap between raw data collection and in-store execution. By integrating visibility, shelf monitoring, and demand activation, the company aims to help brands move beyond simple analytics to solve persistent stock and compliance issues.

To address this, the suite features four core modules: Retail Visibility for intelligence, Execution & Compliance for field programs, Shelf Performance for monitoring conditions, and Demand Activation to align retail insights with merchandising. This launch follows the company's recent national convenience retail benchmark report, which underscored the industry's struggle with shelf availability. With a network supporting over 100,000 monthly store visits and a reported 99% data quality assurance rate, Survey is positioning the software to turn AI-enabled photo verification into a direct lever for resource allocation and brand presence.
