Nathan Iles will initially join the company on November 2 as Senior Vice President of Finance, allowing for a structured onboarding process before he assumes the CFO position. Current CFO Christopher May will transition to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer on December 1. In this new capacity, May will retain oversight of the company’s Information Technology organization while taking on executive responsibility for Human Resources.
Dauch Corporation Overhauls Executive Team in Strategic Succession Plan
Detroit-based automotive supplier Dauch Corporation announced a major leadership realignment today, appointing Nathan Iles as the incoming Chief Financial Officer. The transition, effective December 1, 2026, marks the start of a broader restructuring effort intended to streamline internal operations and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.

This shift allows Terri Kemp, who previously managed HR, to focus entirely on her role as Senior Vice President and Chief of Staff until her planned retirement at the end of the year. All three executives will report directly to Chairman and CEO David C. Dauch. Iles arrives with over 25 years of experience, including previous CFO tenures at Standard Motor Products and UCI International Holdings, following an early career in audit services at Ernst & Young.
