The world’s largest pizza chain posted total revenues of $1.19 billion, an 8.3% increase in operating income compared to the same period last year. Growth was largely driven by robust supply chain performance and higher franchise royalties. While U.S. same-store sales growth remained modest at 0.3%, the company expanded its global footprint by 175 net new stores, bringing the total count to 22,706 locations across more than 90 markets.

Joe Jordan, taking the helm during this transition, emphasized a strategy focused on franchisee profitability and operational consistency. The company remains active in capital allocation, repurchasing 216,282 shares during the quarter for $73.6 million, while maintaining a remaining share repurchase authorization of $1.15 billion. Looking ahead, the board declared a quarterly dividend of $1.99 per share, payable in late December, signaling continued confidence in the brand's long-term value for shareholders.
