Alessandra Maderni, founder of Dreamology Labs, has launched a federal lawsuit in Miami accusing MSC Cruises and its Executive Chairman, Pierfrancesco Vago, of systematically stealing proprietary entertainment concepts. The complaint alleges that MSC misappropriated trade secrets and violated nondisclosure agreements to launch lucrative onboard attractions without compensating the original creators.
Dreamology Labs asserts eleven causes of action, ranging from copyright infringement to fraudulent inducement and abuse of corporate authority.
