Frassica arrives at AbsenceSoft following a significant tenure at Paycor, where he served as CRO and helped drive annual recurring revenue from $275 million to over $750 million. His background also includes nearly two decades at ADP, where he managed an inside sales organization exceeding 900 associates. His expertise spans direct, indirect, and digital sales models across the HCM sector.

CEO Chris Murphy stated that the appointment is timed to address the rising demand for software that mitigates legal and financial risks associated with expanding state leave regulations. Frassica noted that the company is currently defining a critical category for large employers, citing the platform's proven product-market fit as his primary reason for joining the leadership team. AbsenceSoft currently manages leave and accommodation processes for more than seven million lives, supporting over 250 statutory policies including FMLA, ADA, and PWFA.
