Cliff Davis, the first employee hired by Brazos Residential in 2022, has been promoted to Junior Partner. The move highlights the Dallas-based firm’s strategy of internal leadership development as it manages a growing portfolio of over 7,000 multifamily units across the Sun Belt.
Before his tenure at Brazos, Davis held positions at Berkadia Commercial Mortgage and Benchmark Bank, building a background in multifamily financing and credit analysis. An economics graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, he remains based in Dallas. This appointment arrives as Brazos Residential continues to focus on workforce housing and Class B/C properties, leveraging its vertically integrated structure to manage construction and property operations internally.
