RCI presented its annual Gold Crown and Excellence in Service awards on June 18, validating the hospitality standards maintained at the group’s resorts in Cancun, Playa del Carmen, and the Riviera Maya.
These accolades stem directly from member evaluations submitted to RCI following their stays. For Sunset World Group, the recognition serves as a public endorsement of its three-decade trajectory in the region. Corporate Director of Operations Martha Richardson and Fulfillment Manager Anna Kiseleva accepted the honors alongside RCI representatives Jazziel Rodríguez and Carolina Leticia Zapata Bacelis.
