Ocala-based MARS Company is rolling out M3 Version 27-Mako, a comprehensive update to its enterprise software platform for water meter testing. The release focuses on modernizing bench communications via MQTT support while refining data integration and automated reporting to boost operational efficiency for municipalities and meter shops.

Operational diagnostics have been bolstered through new bench-state monitoring tools, designed to help operators identify and resolve system issues with greater speed. Workflow automation features, such as improved serial number validation and configurable default selections, are intended to reduce manual input errors. According to CEO Dave Corey, the update reinforces the platform’s reliability while maintaining the familiar interface that existing utility clients depend on. The company expects to begin the rollout of M3 Version 27-Mako later this year.
