Corvex Adds TeraWulf CFO Patrick Fleury to Board of Directors
Patrick A. Fleury, the current Chief Financial Officer of TeraWulf, is joining the board of directors at Corvex, Inc. The appointment comes as the GPU-accelerated computing firm moves to scale its AI infrastructure and prepares for the launch of its proprietary token factory business.
Corvex CEO Jay Crystal stated that Fleury’s expertise in energy-advantaged infrastructure and structured leases aligns with the company's strategy of combining flexible power access with proprietary workload optimization software. As an independent director, Fleury will serve on the Audit Committee, assisting the firm as it balances infrastructure deployment with capital-efficient scaling.
