The new entity aims to dominate the legal landscape for technology, energy, and financial services by leveraging a massive, integrated international footprint.

The merger establishes a powerhouse legal firm with flagship hubs in Seattle, London, Sydney, and New York. By consolidating the legacy firms' resources, the new organization positions itself to handle complex cross-border litigation, regulatory interpretation, and high-stakes transactions. Leadership has confirmed that the firm will operate through eight distinct divisions, specifically tailored to the sectors currently driving global economic transformation.

Bill Malley and Paul Jenkins will serve as Global Co-CEOs, while Karen Davies and Brian Eiting take on the roles of Global Co-Chairs. The firm emphasizes a commitment to AI integration and innovation as part of its foundational strategy. According to the leadership team, the objective is to provide a seamless advisory experience for clients navigating the convergence of technology and infrastructure in an increasingly volatile global market.
