Attunio Health Launches Infrastructure to Standardize Psychiatric Care

Atlanta-based Attunio Health is moving to bridge the gap in modern psychiatry by launching an intelligence platform designed to convert fragmented clinical data into objective measurements. The company aims to move the field beyond subjective observation by providing a structured, data-driven layer for clinicians to assess patient progress.

Attunio Health Launches Infrastructure to Standardize Psychiatric Care

The new infrastructure, dubbed the Attunio Clinical Intelligence Engine, functions as a developer-facing platform that aggregates disparate data points—ranging from wearable telemetry and biomarkers to medication adherence and patient outcomes. By processing these inputs through a deterministic reasoning model, the engine creates structured, clinician-reviewable outputs. This architecture is designed to support, rather than replace, human judgment, ensuring that clinical decisions remain transparent and auditable.

Alongside the engine, the company released the Digital MSE API, which integrates directly into existing electronic health record systems and telehealth platforms. This tool transforms behavioral telemetry—such as speech cadence and response latency—into standardized Mental Status Exam observations. By prioritizing explainable, structured metrics over opaque algorithms, Attunio Health seeks to provide the foundational architecture needed for precision psychiatry, enabling hospitals and digital health providers to implement consistent, longitudinal tracking across diverse care environments.
