The Borough Food Cooperative was established by the Church of St. George the Victorious in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. With the help of many wonderful volunteers, the cooperative began to prepare and deliver food packages to nearby households and families. However, the reaction has been so positive that the company has turned the project into a pantry model food center, offering subsidized products to the local community from October 2020.
