The facility functions as a centralized hub for the company’s North American operations, specifically targeting clients in the construction, manufacturing, and distribution sectors. By integrating an AI development studio alongside collaborative work areas, the firm intends to move beyond traditional remote support, fostering face-to-face sessions where partners can test software applications against real-world business scenarios.
Aktion Associates Opens AI-Focused Innovation Hub in Ohio
Aktion Associates is moving its corporate headquarters to a new facility in Maumee, Ohio, anchored by a Client Innovation Center. The site, scheduled for a November debut, aims to bridge the gap between digital ERP solutions and hands-on executive collaboration through dedicated AI development studios and immersive training spaces.

CEO Scott Irwin described the expansion as a direct response to the diminishing frequency of in-person engagement in the tech sector. The goal is to provide a physical environment where organizations using similar ERP platforms can gather to solve industry-specific challenges. Construction on the site began in the second quarter of 2026, marking a strategic shift toward a more centralized, experience-driven delivery model for the company’s expanding client base across the United States and Canada.
