Under the agreement, Mullan Pharmaceutical will supply the FDA-approved fertility drug directly to Invictus Pharmacy’s nationwide fulfillment platform. By integrating Mullan’s manufacturing capacity with Invictus’s digital, mail-order infrastructure, the companies plan to reduce the supply disruptions that often threaten the success of IVF cycles. The medication, a GnRH antagonist used to prevent premature ovulation during ovarian hyperstimulation, requires precise timing that can be compromised by typical distribution delays.

Meyer Davidoff, CEO of Invictus Pharmacy, stated that the collaboration is intended to remove barriers to care by merging transparent pricing with reliable, nationwide delivery. Marineh Malek, Chief Pharmaceutical Affairs Officer at Mullan, emphasized that the partnership specifically targets the needs of vulnerable fertility patients who require consistent access to critical reproductive medicines. Patients will manage their prescriptions through a proprietary e-commerce platform that tracks shipments and provides price transparency across all 50 states.
