The recognition highlights the company’s internal programs and hiring practices as it continues to expand its international lottery operations and digital infrastructure.
Dorothy Costa, senior vice president of people and culture at Brightstar, framed the recognition as a milestone in the company’s ongoing cultural shift. Jill Houghton, CEO of Disability:IN, noted that the index is increasingly used by Fortune 500 firms to treat accessibility as a primary driver of corporate innovation. For Brightstar, which employs approximately 6,000 people globally and supports nearly 90 lottery customers, the benchmarking provides a data-driven framework to maintain these standards as it scales its secure technology and retail solutions worldwide.
