With shovels hitting the dirt at the Union Park development, Livmark Communities has officially launched construction on The Collins, a 457-unit luxury apartment project. The site, situated at the intersection of Ziegler and Harmony roads, aims to blend high-end residential amenities with the growing demand for Northern Colorado housing.
Chris Beabout, Managing Partner at Livmark Communities, described the project as a long-term investment in the city’s infrastructure. The community is scheduled for its first move-ins by late spring or summer 2027. Beyond private residences, the complex includes a clubhouse, fitness center, golf simulator, and mountain-facing rooftop decks, reflecting a push toward resort-style living in the Midtown area.
