Clarivoy and Comcast Deepen Automotive Ad Tracking Partnership

By extending their multi-year collaboration, Clarivoy and Comcast Advertising are providing automotive retailers with deterministic data to bridge the gap between streaming TV exposure and physical dealership sales. The integration allows dealers to move past traditional metrics, linking specific household ad views directly to vehicle purchases and showroom visits.

The partnership leverages Comcast Advertising’s Outcomes+ platform, offering a granular view of how premium TV and streaming investments translate into concrete business results. For Harbor Nissan in Port Charlotte, Florida, this data-driven approach proved critical: the dealership reversed a three-year sales slide to achieve a 24.6% year-over-year increase in new vehicle sales—significantly outperforming the broader market. During the campaign, 36% of total vehicle sales were traced to households exposed to the brand’s streaming and TV spots.

"TV and streaming is a little scary to jump into, although that's exactly where the industry is going," said Kelley Munsell, operations manager at Harbor Nissan. Beyond simple lead generation, which netted 4,815 new prospects and 300 verified sales for the dealership, the system allows for long-term tracking of campaign efficacy. Clarivoy CEO Steve White noted that the goal is to replace marketing assumptions with verified outcomes. By analyzing millions of shopping journeys, the companies provide a privacy-safe framework that connects media exposure to real-world transactions, giving dealers the confidence to shift budgets toward the channels that demonstrably drive traffic into their showrooms.
