Bausch Health Reports Revenue Growth, Raises Full-Year Outlook
Bausch Health Companies Inc. posted $2.85 billion in consolidated revenue for the second quarter of 2026, a 13% increase over the previous year. Driven by strong performances in its Salix and Solta Medical segments, the company reached its thirteenth consecutive quarter of year-over-year growth and hiked its full-year financial guidance.

CEO Thomas J. Appio highlighted the results as the strongest performance in three years, noting that the company achieved its highest adjusted cash flow from operations since late 2024. The Salix segment proved particularly vital, with revenue climbing 21% to $758 million, largely supported by 26% growth in Xifaxan sales. Meanwhile, the Solta Medical segment saw a 38% revenue increase, aided by a new distribution acquisition in China. Following these results, Bausch Health raised its full-year 2026 guidance for revenue, adjusted EBITDA, and adjusted cash flows from operations.
