Construction at the new site is slated for a December move-in, with full operational capacity expected by February 2027. The project features 121 repair bays equipped with high-efficiency tools designed to shorten vehicle downtime. To streamline the customer experience, a 24-car service drive will manage peak-hour traffic, while a 10,000-square-foot lounge offers private workstations and amenities for those waiting on-site.
Classic Chevrolet Expands Grapevine Operations With Massive Service Hub
Grapevine’s automotive landscape shifts this winter as Classic Chevrolet prepares to launch a 181,000-square-foot service facility. Located at 1101 HWY 114 W, the expansion aims to handle increasing demand for the world’s top-selling Chevrolet dealership by integrating advanced repair technology and specialized storage for high-end performance vehicles.

The facility addresses a niche market segment with over 50 indoor parking spaces reserved exclusively for Corvettes and luxury models. Beyond standard maintenance, the center includes an 18,600-square-foot parts department housing a dedicated proshop for performance components and branded apparel. Owner Tom Durant noted that the facility is a direct response to the dealership’s sustained volume, having secured the title of the world’s top Chevy dealer for the twelfth time. The current service center will maintain regular hours throughout the transition period.
