Occupying a prominent 60-foot storefront at 420 Albee Square W, CorePower Yoga arrives in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn on August 22. The new 3,262-square-foot flagship studio serves as a high-intensity wellness anchor within the 34-story One Willoughby Square office tower, marking the brand’s third Brooklyn location.

Programming at the site includes signature formats such as the weight-based Yoga Sculpt, the HIIT-focused CorePower Strength X, and various heated power Vinyasa flows. To mark the launch, the company is offering a Founding All Access Membership, which provides a 25% discount on monthly dues and grants entry to over 220 nationwide locations, alongside digital classes and guest privileges. The studio schedule launches with more than 95 weekly classes.
