Zensai Unveils Agentic AI Coaching Native to Microsoft 365

Zensai, an established player in the Microsoft 365 space, positions its new tool as a departure from standard chatbots. By tapping into existing organizational data—such as skill sets, individual priorities, and performance metrics—the platform provides hyper-personalized guidance. This agentic coach is designed to operate alongside employees, offering actionable insights during their daily workflow rather than requiring them to switch to external applications.

Robin Daniels, Chief Business Officer at Zensai, argues that basic AI integration is becoming a baseline expectation for corporations. The competitive advantage, he suggests, lies in the ability of software to understand how individual contributions align with broader company objectives. The platform will be integrated into Zensai’s existing product tiers, which include Grow, Scale, and Transform editions, with AI capabilities included at no additional cost.

During the HumanX event, CEO Rasmus Holst and Daniels will host sessions focused on scaling AI-ready organizations and navigating the shift between automation and talent development. These discussions coincide with the release of their leadership guide, The Human Success Playbook. Following its debut at the conference, the coaching agent is scheduled to enter a pilot phase in the fourth quarter of 2026, with a full commercial release slated for early 2027.
