Vail Resorts is transforming its private ski and snowboard lessons at Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek into a full-service experience. Starting this winter, the new Epic Ascent program automatically bundles expert instruction with a dedicated concierge to manage everything from gear rentals and dining reservations to mountain transportation.
Beyond the premium private tier, the company is scaling its digital infrastructure. The connected Ski & Ride School, previously limited to four locations, will now be available at 14 resorts. This feature within the My Epic app provides group lesson participants with digital check-ins, real-time progress tracking, and photo updates. The move underscores a broader effort to digitize the guest journey, giving parents and riders a permanent record of their skill development across different terrains.
