Microsoft 365 E5 and E7 customers face a complex financial pivot as the new Integrated Security Operations Center (ISOC) launches in the Defender portal. Irvine-based Patriot Consulting is now offering complimentary cost evaluations to determine if organizations should migrate from existing Sentinel configurations to the new ISOC pricing model.
To support the new infrastructure, Patriot is deploying its MXDR365 managed service, which utilizes seven proprietary agents and playbooks. These tools, including the 'Sentry' deep analysis agent and 'Minuteman' local LLM protection, aim to automate threat intelligence, hunting, and identity remediation. According to Zach Moore, Vice President of MXDR365, the integration allows human analysts and automated agents to operate on shared signals within the unified Defender environment. Patriot guarantees a 24-hour turnaround on its cost evaluations and may leverage Microsoft funding to offset consulting fees for qualifying organizations.
