Patrick McGough, CEO of the Oklahoma City and Oklahoma County Health Department, steps into the role of President. He is joined by President-Elect Bisola Ojikutu of the Boston Public Health Commission, Vice President Renae Moch of Bismarck-Burleigh Public Health, and Immediate Past President Damōn Chaplin of the City of Minneapolis Health Department.

The 20-member board, comprised of elected peers from across the country, functions as the association's primary governing body. Beyond setting policy, these officials provide financial oversight and represent the interests of local and tribal health departments in both public and private sector collaborations. NACCHO CEO Lori Tremmel Freeman noted that the group’s diverse experience across various jurisdiction sizes will be central to the organization’s upcoming initiatives.
