Lauren Weeks and Noah Ohlsen Claim Victory at Inaugural LT Games Dallas
Sweat and strategy defined the debut of the LT Games in Texas, where over 110 hybrid athletes converged at Life Time Frisco. Across two days of high-intensity competition, participants navigated 17 grueling stations designed to test the limits of functional strength, conditioning, and mental endurance in a race for the podium.

The Dallas event marked the first time the competition expanded beyond Minnesota, serving as the official unveiling of Life Time Frisco’s dedicated HYBRID XT studio. The course design required participants to balance speed with tactical decision-making, allowing athletes to select their own weight loads and box heights at specific stations. According to race director Wes Robertson, the competition successfully utilized the new facility to accommodate the increasing demand for hybrid training formats in the Dallas metro area.
