The acquisition brings over 15 gigawatts of deployed capacity under the Flex umbrella, combining EPC Power’s U.S.-based engineering and manufacturing with Flex’s global footprint. Flex CEO Revathi Advaithi stated that the move is designed to provide customers with more resilient, integrated solutions for power, cooling, and compute as AI workloads intensify.

Flex intends to carve out its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into an independent, publicly traded entity named Axiom Solutions International, Inc., with the separation expected in the first calendar quarter of 2027.
